The committee are currently updating the business plan in light of the proposed additional new houses to be built in Heathfield and the surrounding villages. Funds in excess of £3.5m are still required to enable building work to start and suitable grant bodies are being researched. The Heathfield Partnership are always interested to hear from people with relevant fundraising expertise or individuals, charitable trusts or organisations who are interested in contributing to this target.

FUNDRAISING - How to help

How to Help with Raising Funds

If you have any experience in putting together fund-raising initiatives, we would love to hear from you. Or if you are able to volunteer to help with events and campaigns, please get in touch. The ideas we have already used to raise money include: Local Marathon, Raffle a Car, Bring and Buy, Sponsored Walks etc. All ideas for new initiatives welcome. Also, if you have any experience of approaching major sponsors and funding organizations, please introduce yourself.
